Client tips - tips on booking staff
To get the most from your Locum or Temporary Staff Member:
- If possible book your locum 2-4 weeks in advance.
- Prepare a written job description if they are required for two or more weeks.
- Assign someone experienced within the firm to take responsibility for the locum or temp for the duration of their stay. That way they will know who can answer their questions and they can focus on delivering the work.
